Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra):
An adaptogen herb, licorice root can be found growing in Europe, the Mediterranean and Asia, and it’s been used for thousands of years and dozens of purposes, including as a leaky gut remedy.
Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus):
There are seven primary eleutherosides in eleuthero, with eleutherosides B and E being the most frequently studied. An adaptogen supports health and prevents disease in both sick and healthy individuals through nonspecific effects, which neutralize various environmental and physical stressors while remaining relatively safe and free of side effects. Eleuthero demonstrates an ability to improve physical stamina and mental sharpness similar to caffeine but without an impending crash.
Marshmallow root & leaf (Althaea officinalis):
What is marshmallow root good for? Around the world, Althaea officinalis is used to treat illnesses and disorders, including: dry coughs and colds dry mouth and low saliva production bacterial infections, including bladder infections, urinary tract infections and respiratory infections bronchitis and tonsillitis joint pain caused by swelling/inflammation inflammation of the lining of the stomach digestive issues, including diarrhea, stomach ulcers, constipation inflammatory bowel disease, leaky gut syndrome and autoimmune disorders burns, wounds, insect bites or poultices on the skin eczema and dermatitis of the skin water retention, bloating and PMS.
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus):
Astragalus contains three components that allow the plant to have such a positive impact on human health: saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides, which are all active compounds contained in certain plants, including some fruits and vegetables. (2) Saponins are known for their ability to lower cholesterol, improve the immune system and prevent cancer. (3) Flavanoids, also found in astragalus, provide health benefits through cell signaling. They show antioxidative qualities, control and scavenge of free radicals, and can help prevent heart disease, cancer and immunodeficiency viruses. (4) Polysaccharides are known to have antimicrobial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory capabilities, among other health benefits.
Chinese Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis):
In alternative medicine, skullcap is sometimes recommended for the following: Inflammation Insomnia Hepatitis Epilepsy Atherosclerosis Cancer Anxiety, tension, and stress
Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus mongyna):
It helps calm the mind down along with ensuring to control the frivolous hormonal mess that one encounters during anxiety.
Marshmallow root & leaf (Althaea officinalis):
Mullein has a relaxing effort on your brain and other bodily systems. You can use it to treat muscle cramps, nervous disorders, stress, anxiety and more. Because of its relaxant properties, mullein also reduces blood pressure. Many people use mullein to help with chronic insomnia. Research on the plant shows that it contains flavonoids, saponins, tannins, terpenoids, glycosides, carbohydrates, proteins, fats and oils.
Graviola (Annona muricata):
Graviola is used to treat infections caused by bacteria and parasites including leishmaniasis, a disease caused by parasites transmitted through the bite of sand fleas; herpes; coughs; and cancer. It is also used to cause vomiting and to empty the bowels. Some people use graviola to help them relax. Graviola is applied to the skin for arthritis.
Pau D’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa):
Pau d'Arco is claimed to strengthen the body's immune system, especially a weakened immune system due to one of many factors such as: chronic fatigue syndome or myalgic encephalomyelitis (CFS or ME), fibromyalgia (FMS), Candida Albicans overgrowth (candidiasis, oral thrush, vaginal yeast infection, etc.), cancer and tumors, viruses such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV, cause of AIDS), antibiotic use, steroid use, etc.
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica):
Gotu kola contains many nutrients, which may contribute to its medicinal properties, including several B-vitamins, vitamin C and a handful of phytonutrients such as flavonoids, tannins and polyphenols. Researchers have found that gotu kola reduced the startle response in participants, which is often associated with anxiety.
American Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora):

This helps flush excess fluids from the bladder and urethra, which can help reduce bloating.
